Completed in July 2008, 125 Old Broad Street is a 26-storey refurbishment of the former London Stock Exchange. The development, designed by GMW Architects, provides 29,700m2 of Grade A office accommodation and 1,200m2 of retail space. The building has attracted a number of international occupiers from the legal, insurance, banking and financial sectors.
Profab 4000 series single and double door fire rated riser door panels prepared for Euro Profile high secuirty cylinder locks were used throughout the building to gain access to the riser cores. Profab panels were chosen as a cost effective product with clean lines, high performance and ease of installation. The panels were supplied with beaded frames and were skim/taped into the plasterboard walls to provide a discreet finish. |
