Option 1 - to determine dimensions for an 8000 HF/TD (Hidden Frame/Tiled Door) access panel (door size required):
- What are the tile dimensions?
- What is the grout width?
- What height & width panel is required (based on tile module)
- For example, using 150x150mm tiles with a 2mm grout gap. Panel door to be 2 tiles wide x 2 tiles high, therefore door width & height is 150+2+150. Access panel (door) dimensions required = 302x302mm
- See installation guide for further details

Option 3 - to determine dimensions for an 8000 TF/TD (Tiled Frame/Tiled Door) access panel (door size required): -
- What are the tile dimensions?
- What is the grout width?
- What height & width panel is required (based on tile module)
- For example, using 150x150mm tiles with a 2mm grout gap. Panel door to be 2 tiles wide x 2 tiles high, therefore door width & height is 150+2+150. Access panel (door) dimensions required = 302x302mm

Option 2 - to determine dimensions for an 8000 EEF/ED (Exposed Edge Frame/Exposed Edge Door) access panel (frame size required): -
- What are the tile dimensions?
- What is the grout width?
- What height & with panel is required?
- For example, using 150x150mm tiles with a 2mm grout gap. Panel door to be 2 tiles wide x 2 tiles high, therefore door width & height is 150+2+150. Access panel (frame) dimensions required = 302x302mm.
- See installation guide for further detail
This example would have the frame aligned with the tile module, & the tiles within the door needing to be trimmed in size to fit.

This example would have the frame aligned half way between the tile module, & the tiles within the door & around the frame needing to be trimmed in size to fit.
